Our Journey
Since its inception in 2010, Obeidy & Associates, P.A. has developed into a law firm focused on Employment Law, Business Law, and Estate Planning. Founded by Andrew Obeidy, Esq., the firm has expanded to serve clients across South Florida.
Built on principles of integrity, advocacy, and compassion, we help individuals and businesses protect their rights and pursue their goals.

Andrew Obeidy, Esq.
Founding Attorney
Andrew Obeidy, Esq. has over two decades of experience in employment law, focusing on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other labor disputes. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Virginia and his J.D. from Howard University School of Law. After four years leading the Employment Law department at Awad & Awad, LLP, he founded Obeidy & Associates, P.A. in 2010. Admitted in Florida.
Priscilla Pacheco, Esq.
Managing Attorney
Priscilla Pacheco earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2019 and her Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in 2022. She joined Obeidy & Associates as a law clerk and became an attorney after passing the Bar in February 2023. She is an active member of the Labor and Employment Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
Michael Werner
Law Clerk
Michael Werner began his legal career as an attorney in Honduras, where he served as a Corporate Banking Legal Supervisor. He later continued his legal career in the United States, earning his LL.M. in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Michael joined Obeidy & Associates as a law clerk in March 2023 and brings a unique international perspective and substantial legal acumen to the firm’s matters.

Michael Ammirati
Law Clerk / IT Specialist
Michael Ammirati earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Florida International University and is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University. With more than five years of experience in information technology, Michael brings a unique combination of business, technology, and legal knowledge to his work. His background allows him to approach legal matters with a practical understanding of the technological and business considerations facing today’s clients.
